We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel a service or order, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, ideally before we commence work. Payments made for services already delivered and rendered, as per our agreement, are not eligible for refund upon cancellation. Each project might have specific terms outlined in its individual contract.
